Murukku is a popular Indian snack with a crunchy texture, usually made with rice flour and urad dal bean flour, combined together into a spiral shaped. Ingredients: Rice Flour, Fried Grams Flour, Urad dal Flour, Vanaspathi, Butter, Salt, Vanilla Powder, Gingelly Seeds, Cumin Seeds.
Murukku recipe: Add flour to our requirement, add ghee or butter, add a little salt, add sesame seeds or cumin seeds ,Asafoetida powder, knead it like chapati dough and soak it for 10 minutes. Fry it in oil and the delicious murukku is ready.
