DIRECTIONS :

For Foot Soak : Pour enough warm (NOT hot) water into the foot basin to fully cover the feet upto ankles. Sprinkle 3-4 teaspoons of salt into it. Immerse the feet and relax for 20 minutes. Rinse feet with clean water. Pat dry and moisturize.

For Body Soak : Dissolve 3/4th-1 cup of salt in a warm (NOT hot) bath water. Relax and soak your body for 20-25 minutes. Rinse with clean water. Pat dry and moisturize.

For Hand Soak : Pour enough warm (NOT hot) water into the hand soak basin. Sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of salt into it. Soak your hands for 15 minutes. Rinse your hands with clean water. Pat dry and moisturize.
