One is of poori dough mix and the other is of daal stuffing
Slowly add water in the daal stuffing to a thick batter and leave it for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes just crumble the mixture with your fingers like kachori stuffing. Add little oil and knead the dough mix to a poori texture
Make small balls from the dough.Fill the stuffing in the dough balls and shape it like poori and deep fry. Enjoy these hot poories with Aloo tamatar ki sabji and Methi dana chutney
Make a hole in the hot poori fill it with vegetable and add chutney on it and you will love its authentic taste
