  • Cooking Instructions: Preparation Time: 5 mins; Cooking Time: 10 mins
  • Soak vermicelli in room temperature water for 3 mins
  • Cook vermicelli in steam for 5 mins
  • For sweet, add Sugar/Jaggery & Coconut (optional)
  • For spicy, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, black gram, Bengal gram, chili, curry leaves, onion, and salt
  • Add the steamed vermicelli in the pan and mix thoroughly for 3 mins and serve hot
